Chinese Mustard A.K.A Sawi Hong Kong

These are chinese mustard Hong Kong (Sawi Hong Kong).

I planted these about a week ago using its stalk.  Bought these from a supermarket nearby.

I cut all the big old leaves and left the small leaves, stalk and new shoots behind.  Using highly compost soil, I plant the stalk about 2-3 inches deep and applied some root agent powder on the roots.

So far it grows by looking into new shoots coming out from the stalk.  Hopefully, I can harvest these plants in 1 or 2 months time !

Ciou...ciou ....Ciou !
